We are an established, dynamic and growing Warehousing and Logistics Company, and we are currently recruiting for a Head of Operations, based in Gauteng.
- High level Information reporting and understanding
- General Management Operations - Effectiveness, Close off, Strategy and implementation thereof,

Adherence to SHEQ and other legal requirements
- Cost & Budget Management including labour productivity reporting, rental negotiations, supplier management
- People management including contingency building, negotiations with suppliers, union interactions when required, contingency building, ongoing retraining and reviewing, Skills Development, EE
- Risk Management
- Operational service levels to Internal (responses and effective close off) and External customers
- Problem solving

The following work experience is a non -negotiable:

- At least 5 years Operational experience in multi-principal warehousing
- At least 5 years’ experience in managing people, including middle managers.
- Well -versed in MS Excel
- Matric Maths excluding Maths Literacy

Remuneration: R60 000 to R70 000 CTC per month depending on experience

**Salary**: R60,000.00 - R70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Randburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
