- Responsible for the Safety of his workers and the production target.
- Do additional odd shifts as required by the Law.
- Ensure Risk assessments are done accordingly on a daily basis.
- Ensure Fire Drills are regular attended as required by the Law.
- Ensure all travelling ways are safe and are in order.
- Ensure all Legal appointments of workers are done on a daily basis for all the categories
- Clear the shift as required by the Mine standard/Law
- Required to take reasonable care for own Safety and will not, through own actions endanger own live and that of others**Inherent Requirements**
