Product Specialist/Junior Product Manager

Bring your product management expertise, to contribute towards running our

transactional product to meet customer requirements-profitably while aligning to our

strategic goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure effective end to end management of the product, resulting in growth of active account base, customer entrenchment & retention.
- Implement agreed business initiatives, aligned to strategy by introducing, managing, coordinating activities necessary for successful implementation.
- Monitor and manage implemented business initiatives for continuous improvement by observation, analysis and providing ongoing feedback.
- Ensure compliance by adhering to regulations; policies and procedures.
- Contribute to; innovative solutions, change, updates of standards; policies and procedures that will improve the functioning of the product.
- Keep up with knowledge and industry trends, drive innovation and improve product performance.
- Effectively build, manage, and maintain trusting internal and external stakeholder relations through the delivery of agreed deliverables.
- Identify training courses and career progression for self through input and feedback from management and ensure all personal development plan activities are completed

within specified timeframe.
- Manage set and agreed expected performance outputs.

**Qualification and Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- 3 years relevant experience in product management
