Our Company is looking to fill the positions of Contact Centre Team Leaders for a well established campaign. The positions will be based at our Sunninghill offices and report to the Operations Managers.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- RE5 is essential
- RE1 Advantageous
- Clear criminal and ITC records
- At least 24 months experience as a Team Leader in a BPO/ sales environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills (Neutral Accent)
- Must have attention to detail, people management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available immediately.
- Excellent communication skills ( English+ other SA languages)
- Financial Qualification/ FAIS credits essential
