**Job Description**:
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To supervise and co-ordinate the slots floor through subordinate staff.
- Resolve all customer disputes
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Manage Slots floor in the absence of a more Senior person

**Qualifications**:
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Maths / Accounting preferable
- Must have ability to work with figures
- 1 year Slots experience or 6 months supervisory experience
- Good Customer Relations
- Must be able to work shifts
- Required to work in a smoking environment
