As the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with business unit Heads to make appropriate recommendations and strategize to positively contribute to brand sustainability and marketing effectiveness across our Group's entities. The role also involves managing a team, including a Graphic Designer and requires the ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
To qualify for this role, you must have a related degree/qualification in Marketing Management/Brand Management, with the advantage of having a degree/qualification in Digital Marketing.
You should have experience in managing multiple brands and projects, an understanding of diverse clients related to brands, exposure to different brand strategies, and knowledge of competing markets relative to divisional brands.
Knowledge of operating in the financial services industry is essential and preferable if you have experience in the BPO, Debt Collection, and Technology sectors, which will be an advantage.
