We are looking for an experienced Skills Development Facilitator to join our training team at TSU Training Solutions, Centurion.

**Requirements**:

- Formal schooling and qualifications:_

Grade 12.

Qualified and registered with SASSETA, PFTC Assessor and Moderator.

PSIRA Certification Grade A.

SAPS Competencies for all firearms.
- Experience:_

3 Years in the Private Security Industry / SAPS / SANDF.

2 Years’ Experience as a Range Officer.

SME on weapons and skills training.

Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience in Training and Facilitation.

Minimum of 3 years registered and an active member with the weapon’s regulatory bodies.
- Special knowledge / skills and duties:_
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Firearms & Firearm handling and training Knowledge & Skills
- Facilitation Skills
- ETDP Knowledge
- Planning & Decision-Making Skills
- Advanced Driving Skills
- Advanced Communication Skills - English
- Knowledge of Unit Standards & Vocational programs
- Knowledge of SETA requirements for student registration, tracking & POE preparation
- Development of facilitation materials and assessment tools
- Interpersonal skills:_
- Customer Liaison
- Reporting skills
- Conflict Management Skills
- Problem Solving Skills

**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate and train new TSU and AM members with the emphasis on presenting SASSETA Unit Standard affiliated Training & Qualifications.

To deliver training and re-training of current TSU and AM Operational Security Officers as well as external clients as needed.

Ensure direct work area is always neat and tidy.

Responsibility for physical resources used for training programmes as and when needed.

Deliver and follow administrative procedures as detailed in the policies and procedures followed by TSU Training Solutions and as required for learner registrations and qualifications, as necessary.

Comply with all verification and assessment procedures as needed by SASSETA.

The Research, Development, and maintenance of Current and New Training Material.

Compile course reports.

Submit SPO1 and SPO2 learner registration documents to the regulatory authorities to register learners.

**Remuneration**:
Negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
