We are seeking a **people-oriented Intern** who is a **team player** to provide **administrative support** and maintain **quality control measures** in our training programs. You will translate **business requirements into training activities** and coordinate with key stakeholders. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide essential **administrative support** for learnerships and manage data related to all training activities.
- Assist in the **coordination and implementation** of various projects and events, including maintaining updated project plans, arranging meetings, and ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet project timelines.
- Prepare engaging **training materials** and manage the necessary resources while collaborating with other departments to kick off training initiatives.
- Accurately capture and maintain data for every training session in accordance with **SETA reporting requirements**.
- Support administrative tasks in the **Learning & Development** space, helping to foster an environment of growth and learning.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A **3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours **in Human Resources Management or related field from a **recognized public tertiary institution.**:

- Must be a **South African citizen**, aged between **18-35 years**.
- ** Computer literate** with **fluency in English**.
- Must reside **in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN)**.
- ** Not currently employed** or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
- Must not have previously completed an **internship** (SETA/Government).
