**Purpose of the Position**:
The Sales Cadet prospects for customers and sells vehicles under the supervision and training of the sales manager, which contributes to the required profit and unit targets of the dealership. Actively being groomed into a fully-fledged vehicle sales consultant adhering to the Rola Way of selling in a professional manner, keeping with the standards of the company. The Sales Cadet needs to meet and exceed customer expectations by providing customers with an exceptional customer service and sales experience.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and target the continuous acquisition of new and relevant customers.
- Meet and greet of workshop clients daily
- Establish contact in-person, by telephone and in writing to customers and interested parties. Professional communication both verbally and written.
- Analyse and understand customer purchasing motives, needs and interests by matching ideal brand and vehicle to client needs.
- Inform and advise visitors on vehicles features, price, condition and technical data, warranty and maintenance
- Explain the difference between vehicles on offer and competitive products, and highlighting vehicles on offer advantages and customer benefits
- Full round sales process management and administration of sale and sale documentation
- Continuous networking to ensure the development of good relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat sales
- Direct customer to F&I for financing process. Confirm finance is approved
- All aspects of Vehicle delivery and preparation thereof. i.e. preferred delivery date, registration, etc.
- Hand-over and introduce customer to the vehicle, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty (if relevant) and paperwork

**Minimum Requirements**:

- High level of motivation, initiative and integrity
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- Task-driven and excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Salary Structure**
- Basic monthly salary
