**SaaS Customer Support Agent (1st & 2nd Line Support)**

**Location**:Remote (Cape Town, South Africa)
**Working Hours**: UK Business Hours | Monday - Friday
**Salary**:R25,000 - R35,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

You’ll be the first line of contact for users and handle technical escalations, helping to ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and resolve support queries in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate where necessary
- **Collaborate with product and development teams**

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years in a customer support or helpdesk environment
- SaaS platform support experience preferred
- Exposure to LAMP, PHP frameworks, Git, and similar tools advantageous
- Experience in the property or financial sectors is a plus but not essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, agile environment
