Telesales Agent

A Retail and wholesale company in Olifansfontein is looking for a Telesales Agent with 4-5 years experience within food service industry.

Must have matric or equivalent qualifications

Pay attention to details

Good time management skills

Good communication skills both verbal and written

Excellent customer service skills

Must have own transport

Duties includes:
Ensure accurate invoices are sent to customers.

Communicate deals and promotions to customers.

Consistently achieve sales goals and targets.

Report on sales.

Represent the company at client tradeshows.

Manage self and time, to ensure that the sales operate efficiently.

Ensure that company values are lived by self and team - lead by example.

To ensure that departmental goals are understood and actively pursued by yourself and the whole team.

Take ownership of your own development

Facilitate and load orders on the system.

Send order confirmations and invoices to clients.

Facilitate delivery of orders as requested.

Provide sales admin support to Sales Representatives.

Prepare SADC forms, tariff codes, and declarations for boarder clearance for export customers.

Facilitate customer contracts, ensure that pricing is correct.

Achieve set sales targets in your areas of responsibility.

Process returns and upliftment documentation.

Compile call sheets

Continually find ways to improve telesales, its processes and procedures.

Conduct audits into the processes, procedures, and/or systems to identify areas of improvement.

Provide the necessary support to your internal and external customers.

Attend to internal and external customer queries.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R9 000,00 - R11 500,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Marketing and sales: 3 years (required)
