Currently we are searching for a Customer service representative for Johannesburg, South Africa.

**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers.
Actively listening to customer needs and enquiries to determine appropriate action to be taken.
Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
Being primarily responsible for answering telephones, handling customer transactions, and performing general administration duties.
Efficiently and correctly corresponding with other departments.
Resolving any customer queries regarding products or services.
Resolving customer problems, such as shipping or invoicing problems, etc.
Informing customers of prices, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer.
Preparing receipts and shipping documents.
Maintain current knowledge of products, programs, processes and policies.
Attend department meetings to share experiences and learn from each other.

**Requirements of this Post**:
Relevant Qualification.
Two to three years experience as customer service representative.
Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate member outcome.
Must be willing to work in a fast pace environment that requires telephonic interaction.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication with both external and internal members.
