**Introduction to the VKB Group**

The VKB Group is an agricultural company, providing support to farmers and producing straight-from-the farm-foods for consumers. Apart from the various consumer brands, the VKB Group is also represented by its regional brands: VKB, GWK and NTK. The Purpose of this role is to support the business in unlocking efficiencies, identifying opportunities for disruption, growth, and sustainability, while facilitating the implementation therof. To assess, evaluate, and integrate new technologies and innovative practices into an organization's existing processes, strategies, and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 certificate
- Bachelors Degree: IT / Industrial Engineering or Accounting
- Minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or System Development, Use of Framework and Methodology for Architecture, Project Management and Process Modelling
- Computer Literate in MS Office
- Code 8 Driver's License and own vehicle
- Willing to travel daily
- Clear Criminal Record
- Medically fit

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Enterprise Architecture: Use and make recommendations regarding the Enterprise Framework and Methodology for VKB
- Ensure Process Analysis and Design for Execution
- Data Analysis: Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
- Project Management: Develop Project Management Processes and Policies
- Initiate the project, check feasibility and work out budgets, teams and resources
- Report regularly to management and the client
- Business Analysis: Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes
- Support Developers in making your recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues
- Industrial Engineering: Ensure continuous Improvement
- Analyse and Understand the VKB Facilities
- Communicate with Business to understand the needs of departments and the organisation as a whole
- Innovation: Continuously develop innovation practices and ideation funnel. Support the Group’s vision and strategic plan for digital platforms. Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation
- Research: Perform research on topics that include but are not limited to: Industry best practices, market trends, technologies
- Identify how the research will impact the Group
- Document and store research for future reference
