**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee budgeting, reforecasts, and financial commitment processes
- Manage tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy under pressure
- Support profit improvement initiatives to drive financial gains
- Analyze profitability data and generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with India FP&A Leaders & TPUKISSA Finance to present financial data to business leaders
- Implement and document best practices within the FP&A/Reporting function
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in FP&A/Reporting processes
- Work with a strong team of analysts, assisting with ad-hoc requests as needed

**Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficient in financial modeling and financial reporting
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across functions
- Strong sense of accountability for delivering results and meeting deadlines
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as requested by management or stakeholders

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in Finance, preferably within the BPO industry (Essential)
- 1-2 years of experience in FP&A, MIS, or Financial Management reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, BBA, or a related financial field
- Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP/Financial Systems
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Cognos, or Planning Analytics is preferred
