**Job Opportunity: Experienced Call Centre Agent French Support Specialist**

**Introduction**:
We are actively recruiting experienced call centre agents to join our dynamic team, providing customer service for retail software and equipment in a first-line tech support capacity. This role specifically caters to English and French-speaking customers in the US and Europe. As part of our growing team, you will be based in Cape Town

**Working Hours & Start Date**:

- Opening hours: ± 14:00 pm
- 05:00 am (Monday to Sunday).
- Training duration: 2 weeks training, 2 weeks nesting.

**Responsibilities**:
As a valued member of our elite support squad, you will:

- Provide excellent customer experience through technical support.
- Serve as the interface between the customer and various departments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document and track customer issues and resolutions.
- Follow escalation procedures as required.
- Collaborate with team leaders to enhance customer experiences.
- Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for an English + French Support Specialist with:

- Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English & French (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on customer service.
- Proven troubleshooting skills, especially with new or complex issues.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Passion for technology.
- Familiarity with macOS and iPadOS.
- Retail or hospitality experience.
- Knowledge of Zendesk and POS systems is a plus.
