Deluxe Spa Manager

Deluxe Laser and Spa is a 5* Aesthetic Spa situated in Hyde park. We are currently seeking a highly motivated SPA MANAGER to work in a super modern & high-end spa alongside an aesthetic doctor

We offer skin and body treatments using the most advanced FDA approved technology. Our retail and professional products are internationally renowned, including Dr Grandel, Skin Affair, Environ, Nimue and QMS Medicosmetics

**Education/Experience**:

- At least 3+ years working experience as a manager in 5* spa or
aesthetic environment
- CIDESCO, ITEC, SAAHSP or CIBTAC qualification
- Retail driven individual
- Previous cruise ship experience advantageous
- Previous experience with an aesthetic doctor advantageous

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to head office
- Welcoming all clients in a friendly manner
- Delivering 5* service to all clients
- Upselling and retailing to every client
- Working as a team to achieve monthly targets
- Reasonable working hours
- Manage all admin duties
- Meeting deadlines set out by head office
