**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **PRP Function**:

- Ensure daily staff clocking records are correct and valid.
- Calculate and monitor staff hours, report trends, and compile overtime for management approval.
- Investigate and ensure leave forms are accurate.
- **HR Function**:

- Organize, maintain, and update personnel records in internal databases.
- Manage an HR assistant and handle all HR-related correspondence.
- Provide guidance to staff on policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruitment, job postings, and hiring processes.
- Support employee inductions, transfers, and exit interviews.
- **IR Function**:

- Investigate incidents, manage employee relations, and provide guidance on disciplinary processes.
- Counsel employees and assist managers with conflict resolution.
- Efficiently manage the grievance process.
- **Staff Uniforms**:

- Order, issue, and control staff uniforms.
- **Stationery Management**:

- Order, issue, and control office stationery.
