**About the job
**The Graphic Designer plays a significant role in our Global Sales Enablement team. You will be responsible for bring art and innovation to life by designing, developing, and maintaining high quality visual assets. The role is instrumental support Sales Enablement Team, Marketing, Agency, Stakeholders and Partners. The goal is to design, develop and continuously improve our corporate branding, Sales training material, Sales conference, Social Media, graphic and video assets. This is a role for creative individual, design savvy, innovative, highly motivated contributor.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the team, meeting deadlines and oversees all visual assets and maintains corporate identities.
- Lead the creative process by using design principle, ideas, strategic, typography and colours
- Create video assets include video conference, video animation, update and maintain internal video production. Assist in creation of video/ animation storyboard, encoding, converting videos and adding video effects, transition, and elements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement Manager, Content Writer, Stakeholders to generate visual for PowerPoint, Infographic, Data and Charts.

**Graphic Designer Qualification/ Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related job scope
- Strong Portfolio of previous work that show the ability to turn an idea into a visual/ video animation.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suits includes (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Premiere pro, Media Encoder, Adobe XD)
- Design Master in Microsoft office suite include Powerpoint, Microsoft words, Excel, Outlook
- Strong knowledge in video editing skill and storyboarding.
- Ability to multitask, efficiently time management skill and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in team-centric environment and ability to work in multi-cultural environment and flex-working organization across multiple time zone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and prior experience in travel/ technology industry a plus
