Insta Home Loans is looking for a Target Driven Sales Consultant to work in the Home Loans Industry.

Your job will mainly comprise of assisting Purchasers of Immovable Property with Pre-Qualifications (Calculating how much the banks are willing to loan them to finance a Property).

**Minimum Requirements**

Own Laptop and Vehicle

Sales Experience (1 year)

Home Loan Knowledge (Advantages but not essential as training will be provided)

Confident & Enthusiastic Personality

Target Driven & Self Motivated

Computer Literate (Must be able to operate a CRM and pay c

Attention to detail and Accurate Execution of tasks

Able to work with little to no supervision and work efficiently and fast

**Duties**

Cold Calling

Pre-Approvals

Lead Follow-Ups

Collection / Review of supporting documents

Accurately updating the CRM in real-time

Following up with the Banks

Assisting the Bond Originator with ad hoc duties

**Package**

Basic of R8500 + Commission for every bond approved.

This is a remote position so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

The company is growing fast so there is ample room for growth.

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R20,000.00 per month
