This is a fantastic opportunity for a Collections Specialist to join our South African Finance team, where you’ll be responsible for

facilitating the communication and relationship building necessary to collect the invoices due from clients within specified payment terms.

Among other responsibilities you will be actively managing a list of customer accounts to ensure payments are received on time. This includes facilitating daily collection calls and/or electronic correspondence with clients while ensuring acceptable level of delinquency for assigned accounts.

**Requirements**:
**You'll need**:

- 1-3 years Corporate Collections experience
- Knowledge of Billing and Collections procedures
- Accounts Receivable experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Netsuite experience or comparable ERP system preferred
