The iOS technician is required to ensure that all iOS repairs are repaired within the prescribed turn around time stipulated by Apple, so as not to affect customer service. To provide adequate repair feedback on repair documentation and to ensure that all repairs, as well as all administration of these repairs are facilitated as per AASP guidelines.

**Key Perfomance Areas**:

- Minimum Matric
- IT degree advantageous
- IOS certifications advantageous
- Good technical knowledge
- Time management skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Strong administration skills
- Customer focus
- Previous IOS repair experience or cellular repair experience
- Technical understanding of IOS devices
- Technical ability to facilitate fault isolation
- Repair experience
