**Motivation**: To replace HRD Facilitator KZN who will be moving to a HRD facilitator role in HO WC and to replace HRD Facilitator WC who resigned.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an HRD Facilitator in our Western Cape Operations teams. The applicant must have strong Training, Learning and Development, Talent Management and Recruitment skills to work in a dynamic team, driving the development of stores and operational top talent for Truworths, a leading South African Fashion Retailer.
**Key Responsibilities**: To partner with the specific Field Operations team to facilitate, support and drive Line Managers in the business to achieve the following: - Training and development of the Field Operations teams including store staff, store managers, area managers, as well as Induction of new recruits in to the business. - Driving development and succession plans of the specific Field Operations team - Partnering with Line Managers to drive a culture of high performance - Partnering with the Field Operations team to drive key Talent retention - Development and implementation of training material - SDA Portfolio, including recruitment for the various programs within this portfolio and all related administration - Involvement in various Projects which vary according to business need, but are typically centered on strategic business imperatives that drive improvements to performance, succession and retention e.g. 360 feedback tools and processes, leadership development, performance management processes - Facilitation of training workshops/ classroom interventions
**Qualifications and Experience**: - Relevant tertiary qualification essential - Preferably HR Generalist experience in a large corporate environment - Experience and competencies with training material development, and organisational development - HR Generalist experience essential - Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Performance Management and Recruitment essential - Experience in presentation / facilitation
**Competencies**: - Mentoring and coaching skills - Excellent writing skills - Strong listening and oral communication skills - Highly organized & good time management & planning skills - Computer literate - Able to execute the implementation of a range of HR Projects
