**Introduction to the VKB Group**

The VKB Group is an agricultural company, providing support to farmers and producing straight-from-the farm-foods for consumers. Apart from the various consumer brands, the VKB Group is also represented by its regional brands: VKB, GWK and NTK. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) Manager is responsible for supporting the DEI&B Executive, Human Capital/EE Managers, DEI&B Committees, Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) in the planning, implementation and administration of projects and initiatives that promote inclusion, diversity, equity, and belonging across the VKB Group.

A big part of the role will involve Employment Equity, and the management of the EE compliance function across the VKB Group - under the leadership of the DEI&B Executive.

**Requirements**:

- A degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Social Sciences or a related qualification - to enable effective contributions to VKB’s DEI&B’s
- Minimum of three years of progressive, related work experience
- Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office Skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Provide support to the DEI&B Executive in the execution of the portfolio’s duties. This includes full administrative support to the Executive as well as the EE/HC Managers as it relates to:

- Employment Equity - communication, strategic planning and administrative oversight
- Providing support to the DEI&B committee and ERG’s as required.
- Supporting new projects and initiatives, including developing documentation, presentations and drafting/assisting with content development for information and communication.
- Organizing events/workshops.
- Extracting data for DEI&B Reports and compiling Reports
- Tracking progress, milestones and supporting the implementation of DEI&B plans across VKB’s member companies.
- Provide guidance and training to the administration resource to ensure that the portfolio’s administration is optimized and that risks are managed.
