Odms / Training Coordinator

Dow has an exciting opportunity to join the team as **ODMS / Training Coordinator** to be located at **New Germany (ZAF), South Africa**. In this role you will support the business in maintaining the Operations Document Management System (ODMS) and maximizing value from ODMS use in the department. Furthermore, you may act as an informal resource for team members with less experience. **Responsibilities / Duties**: - Leads overall ODMS "maintain" efforts for the business in the department. - Coordinates and works with other ODMS support and implementation roles to "implement" and "maintain" the ODMS. Supports all element owners in the department. - Drives the Plan DO Check Act cycle of continuous improvement. - Works with Business/Department Leadership to identify organization level opportunities. - Coordinates and facilitates the Management System Reviews. **Requirements**: - Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (i.e. Associate's Degree) plus manufacturing or other related experience preferred. - In lieu of degree, 3-5 years of work experience in the production environment is required. - Broadened technical skills in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes. - Strongly developed safety mindset. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proven ability to work in a team and adapt to new situations. - Fluency in English.
