Payroll Coordinator

Fast growing company within the Telecommunications sector is seeking to employ and experienced Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

**This includes, but is not limited to**:

- Loading all new staff onto Payroll
- Loading back pay, pro rated payments, all variable earnings etc
- Keeping track of commission reports
- Loading all change of positions (promotions, demotions, increases, decreases etc)
- Loading all terminations and leave to be paid out
- Capturing of leave and maintaining employee leave files
- Capturing all employee deductions (debts) and maintaining the relevant files
- Administering staff benefits and capturing these onto the Payroll system
- Compiling the monthly salary sheet by capturing all the information from the Payroll system onto the sheet, as well as capturing all consulting invoices
- Journalise payroll entries and reconcile clearing payroll accounts
- Cross check the salary sheet to Payroll to ensure that all figures match
- Distribution of IRP5s and UI19s
- Distribution of payslips and attending to all pay related queries

**Skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Matric
- Full function Payroll experience of minimum 3 years'
- Good knowledge of Payroll regulations
- Experience with staff benefits (medical aid, retirement annuity, group risk cover etc)
- Must have experience working with Payroll in a company of a staff headcount over 150
- High level of attention to detail - 100% accuracy is an absolute must
- Experience with Sage or relevant Payroll systems
- Payroll certification will be advantageous

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month
