**Product Owner - CRM (Service & Marketing Clouds)**

Our client is looking for a dedicated and passionate product owner with strong technical acumen to manage the development backlog and project roadmap for their Salesforce CRM and Marketing Clouds.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with Product Manager and other Product Owner to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.
- You will create, own, and maintain the product roadmap, including the scoping, sizing and prioritisation of initiatives that will deliver value against KPIs
- Collaborate across numerous teams to ensure deadlines are met and all issues, changes and projects are effectively resolved & communicated
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and document the functional requirements of the product/feature.
- Translate the product vision into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Prioritise work for the technical teams, based on business value and technical considerations
- Ensure that development teams are producing incremental and relevant product value.
- Lead the sprint plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
- Oversee development stages (engaging in all ceremonies) This includes running day-to-day ceremonies of a product team including standup, planning, grooming and retrospectives
- Run user acceptance testing with team and ensure product quality
- Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Five + years of experience in project management or product ownership
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodology
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
