**EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: SUPERVISOR - STEEL FABRICATION**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Age**:35 to 60 years**:

- At least **10 years of hands-on experience** in:

- Welding
- Panelbeating
- Steel fabrication
- Strong **supervisory and delegation skills**:

- Fluent in **English** (required); **Afrikaans** and **Zulu** are advantageous
- Excellent **communication and people management** abilities
- Must be **reliable**, **hardworking**, and **able to work under pressure**:

- A valid **driver’s licence** is beneficial
