**BA Tester (Hybrid working model - Johannesburg)**

**Introduction**

Our client is a very well-established company part of an international group of companies. They have a position available for a dynamic BA Tester to join their team.

The successful individual will be based onsite with one of their clients in Rosebank in the financial services industry.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Core Skills and Experience**
- Relevant Third Level Qualification
- Excellent attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and experience of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Business Analysis Qualification or Scrum certification would be an advantage
- Experience using BA Skills and techniques to elicit the required information and produce deliverables to tight deadlines
- Experience of managing workshops and co-ordinating outputs
- Experience using MS Visio, SharePoint and other Office products
- Ability to clearly and concisely gather, interpret, analyse and document Business Process, User and Data Functional requirements in a structured way
- Take part in Business Development and contribute ideas to grow the consulting practice.
- Maintain current industry / business knowledge
- Develop and share reusable knowledge that can be readily applied to new client projects

**As a Business Analyst and **Tester** you will**
- Work with business and technical teams, both on site and remotely, to create deliverables such as Process Maps, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements (including Test Use cases) and Training material.
- Work with business and technical teams to support the development of Technical Requirements
- Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to develop requirements
- Work closely with business, development and project management teams in the overall delivery of solutions
- Support change requirements through accurate impact analysis and change specifications
- Ensure quality through adherence to and supporting processes and procedures, including the maintenance of documentation on shared file systems
- Provide support to other Business Analysts and Project Managers to help drive business initiatives
- Contribute to improvements to our client's business analysis documentation and methodologies.
- Participate in the quality assurance testing of developed features, both during sprints and at the end of the development phase as necessary
- Be available to attend and contribute to Project meetings
- Compile training material specific to the client solution being delivered
- Conduct comprehensive on-site and / or remote client training on a train-the-trainer basis
- Oversee the client performing User Acceptance Testing and drive client testing to the point where the client accepts the solution
- Be available for post go-live client hand holding offered either on-site or remotely
