- Debt review experience (advantageous)
- 1 year+ reception experience (compulsory)
- Must be computer literate

- Must be able to handle pressure and be able to multi task
- Must conduct oneself professionally
- Good telephone etiquette

**Duties**:

- Supports the smooth running of the front desk department, where all aspects of the clients are delivered to the highest level
- Ad-hoc duties, as the position requires general administrative duties
- Ensure visitors and customers are welcomed properly and signed in/out
- Manage incoming calls and all queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner - Screen and route calls to correct departments
