**Job Description**:
Required Education:

- Any relevant tertiary qualification (degree) in Finance/Actuarial Science/Information Systems/Computer Science/ Certificate in Business Analysis

Required Experience/Skills:

- 4+ years of related Analysis work experience
- A good grasp of fundamental business analysis techniques and project methodologies
- Microsoft Office
- Visio

Advantageous Experience/Skills:

- Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking
- Good understanding of financial products in the South African market
- Experience with data analytic tools such as Qlikview / Power BI
- Experience with ACBS
- Jira / Azure or related

Role Objectives:
Excel at being a valuable personal contributor as a Solution Analyst:

- Ensure cohesion across business requirements, business processes, system processes and integration tracing impact of changes.
- Participate in peer reviews and problem solving.
- Define, execute and track test cases validating that requirements have been met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate regularly keeping them informed of work statuses.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure understanding of requirements.
- Documentation of processes / guides, providing training and handover to business / support teams.
- Proactively learn & leverage knowledge on business, technical landscape and industry trends.
- Adherence and compliance to the banks policies & standards regarding technology and info security measures.
- Participate in projects assigned as per role.
- Keep data systems up to date such as Jira, Confluence, Change process systems.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
