**Job Requirements**:
- Matric or 3 years’ experience
- Able to read manufacturing drawings.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- A keen sense of urgency and a willingness to learn additional job-related skills.
- Self-quality control.
- Predominantly factory based in assembly environment.
- Out of factory traveling required from time to time, to assist with warranty claims.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assemble and repair Minisubs. Up to 2000kVA 33kV
- Control stock of materials for Minisubs.
- Repair minisubs.
- Assist Tiger RMU and tanking and other departments when needed.
- Make sure the department is organized and clean.
