**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking of authentic Vietnamese dishes, including but not limited to pho, banh mi, and spring rolls.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Support the kitchen team during peak service times, ensuring timely and efficient food delivery.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Help with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Participate in menu development and contribute ideas for new dishes and specials.

**Qualifications**:

- A passion for Vietnamese cuisine and a willingness to learn about authentic cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
