**Overall Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for the Accurate forecasting and collection of debt in the SecureDrive Business. **Minimum qualification and experience**: - 5 years' experience as a credit control management - Excellent working knowledge of EXCEL. - SAP **Main duties & responsibilities**: - Cash flow forecasting on a weekly basis. - Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner. - Identify changes in payment patterns and propose action to avert indebtedness. - Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by business in accordance with areas of responsibility. - Ensure Offsetting of staff is done daily - Develop and up skill the credit management capability within the practice. - Ensure Debit Order rejections are worked on daily. - Review telephone calls in accordance with KPI’s set for collectors and supervisors - Travel to customers to sort out queries from time to time - DSO Calculations - Reporting **Behavioral Competencies**: - Strong business acumen and financial skills for effective problem solving - Managerial courage and ability to interact at all levels within the organisation - Strong quantitative skills and a willingness to learn and are needed in order to be effective in this role - Strong analytical skills - Professional presence with strong, versatile and polished interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to be proactive and resourceful (anticipates issues and draw conclusions from financial and operating data) - Must be detail-oriented, proactive and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks in a fast paced environment - Must be team oriented, enjoy a "hands on" environment and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Well-developed value-system specifically as it refers to ethics, integrity and trust **_Fidelity Services Group (Pty) Ltd supports global fair practice and business ethics on continuous development of our human capital as the key resource to our success in the markets in which we participate._
