**Position Overview**:
We have an opportunity for 4 Associate Project Managers to join our Professional Services business in Cape Town.

You will be responsible for working with clients and internal teams within Advania UK, and for the delivery and assurance of project deliveries into our client spaces to scope, time, budget, and quality.

**Responsibilities**:
In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Ensure projects or workstreams are delivered according to scope, time, budget, and quality
- Create positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure escalations flagged at the appropriate time
- Correct project documentation procedures adhered to in line with service level requirements, with the appropriate level of detail for the specific audience
- Provide timely, and accurate responses to enquiries, from both internal and external clients
- Cover Out of Hours cover for Project work when required (this is not expected to be regular)
- Ensure utilisation targets are met, and where possible, exceeded

**Qualifications & Experience**:
**_ Essential:_**
- At least 2 years’ experience of project coordination, project administration or project management
- Professional project management experience within the IT industry

**_ Additional criteria:_**
- Confident communicator used to working with and communicating to Stakeholders and Client Project Delivery Teams
- Ability to work under pressure in an environment that requires the ability to deliver to multiple clients simultaneously and work with project teams which encompass several employees
- Attention to detail including experience of tracking Project KPI’s
- Can produce clear informal updates for clients and internal stakeholders to follow
