We are urgently looking for a Logistic Controller to perform a wide range of administrative and office support.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Monitoring of all plant and vehicles using the tracker system
- Continuously verifying vehicle positions on the tracking system
- Monitor and report vehicle abuse, over speeding etc

Produce a daily Control Report for all plant and vehicles
- Assist in any Fleet related Adhoc requirements.
- Keep an up to date records of the maintenance service schedule
- Keep an up to date records for tyre replacement schedule
- Maintaining an up to date records of vehicle repairs and damages schedule
- Update the job card register daily
- Prepare daily reports on daily job cards
- Sourcing of quotes for plant, vehicles and equipment spares
- Assist in promotional campaigns to attract and maintain a client base
- Prepare a reconciliation schedule of the fuel accounts
- Ensure all relevant documentation relating to hire is administered correctly.
- Produce reports upon request by the department manager.
- Capturing all documents and Filing onto Office 365
- resolve administrative problems and enquiries
- general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Conduct adhoc duties deemed reasonable to support the company

Education and Experience
- relevant office administration qualification
- computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
- experience in a workshop environment will be an added advantage
- knowledge of spares, plant and equipment
