**Working hours**: This is a **full-time**role (40 hours per week/**±8 hours/day, Mon-Fri)** to stay “available”**, but in reality, **mínimal working hours will be required**. Mom is very hands-on and usually only needs assistance 2-3 times a week for errands or when heading out. Most of the time, you’ll simply be “on call” and available if needed.

A lovely family is looking for an Au pair for their 2 children

**Area**: Hyde Park
**Children’s Ages**: 13-month-old busy toddler boy
**Working hours**: This is a **full-time**role (40 hours per week/**±8 hours/day, Mon-Fri)** to stay “available”**, but in reality, **mínimal working hours will be required**. Mom is very hands-on and usually only needs assistance 2-3 times a week for errands or when heading out. Most of the time, you’ll simply be “on call” and available if needed.
**✈**Traveling**: The family travels often, sometimes for 3-6 weeks at a time. You won’t always be required to join, but when you do, you’ll have plenty of free mornings/afternoons - with your main duties in the evenings so parents can enjoy a night out.
**Live in or Live out**: Live-out (but may occasionally share a room with the toddler when travelling, depending on accommodation availability).
**Duties**: Support mom with errands, toddler care, age-appropriate stimulation and activities. Provide a helping hand while mom is out, and travel with the family when required.
**Start Date and contract term**: Mid-November start, with the first family trip planned for the end of November. Ongoing, full-time position.
**Salary**: R15 000 per month + SARS rates per km

All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
**Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child-caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
**Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
**Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
**Must have a clear criminal record
**Must have a passion for children
**Must have Matric
**Must have a South African ID document.
