**Position Overview**:
Mercedes BenzThe Glen currently holds one vacancy for a New Sales Executive. The main purpose of the job is to ensure effective building of customer support and confidence and the effective management of new vehicle sales. Efficiently canvassing for new vehicle sales and ensuring effective administration of new vehicle sales. Moreover, the consistent achievement of sales targets is the primary and core output of this role.

**Specific Role Responsibilities**:

- Customer service orientation
- Networking and canvassing skills
- Positive attitude
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close the deal
- Knowledge of complete Renault structures and procedures will be a huge advantage
- Marketing and promotions
- Develop the business to reach set sales targets for the month
- Drive specific strategies to retain and grow existing customer base
- Manage customer expectations to ensure effective delivery of service

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- A minimum of Grade 12
- 3 years minimum sales experience in the Motor Industry
- Experience in cold calling to develop a client base
- Knowledge of dealership policies and procedures
- **Applications should be accompanied by an up-to-date CV indicating achievements, knowledge, skills and qualifications.**

**Skills and Personal Attributes**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Attention to detail
- Excellent people skills
- Proven track record of meeting regular monthly targets on budget and CSI
- Customer orientation and team orientation
- Must have excellent verbal communication skill
