Minimum 3-4 years of experience in IT field, preferably retail industry
- Proficiency in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse's, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality Proficiency in networking, install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests & willingness to travel
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Grade 12, Technical IT qualification (A+, N+, MCSE)
