Are you someone who can:

- Propose improvements on internal processes that impacts service levels and customer satisfaction within area of accountability.
- Identify, control, and escalate potential risks which may lead to increased costs by identifying and managing delays or shortcomings in the maintenance process.
- Ensure that client queries and technical queries are dealt with proactively and accurately, within the agreed turn-around times and that responses are of a high quality.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment on premises.
- Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting, and updating of all related information.
- Support quality and compliance standards in business processes by following all OHS related procedure e.g., safety shoes.
- Minimum Qualification - N3 studying towards trade test.
- Strong knowledge in carpentry and repairing doors.
