As the **Training Facilitator**, you will report to the Learning and Development Manager and oversee the effective transfer of knowledge and skills using various methodologies to achieve Business strategy while complying with legislative requirements, company guidelines and client expectations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Determine real training needs based on performance gaps**:

- Establish training need or conduct a training needs analysis.
- Mobilization training
- new staff trained on the Tsebo Cleaning Induction.
- Temp Training
- new staff trained on the Tsebo Cleaning Induction.
- New Management Induction-on the job or classroom based.
- Facilitation of Management Development Programs.
- On the job training and/or competency assessment based on needs.

**Develop and design appropriate fit for purpose learning content**:

- Assist with the develop and design learning material for face to face, Teams, or e-learning delivery as required.

**Plan, Co-ordinate and Facilitate the learning**:

- Prioritize and schedule training for monthly delivery.
- Co-ordinate training resources and venue preparation.
- Facilitate learning using suitable methodology based on the situational requirements, e.g., on the job, classroom, e-learning.

**Assess the effectiveness of training and learning**:

- Assess learning outcomes / training evaluation completed for formal classroom learning.
- Plan, implement, monitor (track), and manage (facilitate/assess/moderate/record/report) own learnerships/ learning programs and other projects where applicable.

**Accurately record and report on learning**:

- Capture/upload, record, and report on all training activities using centralised systems (Vision, SharePoint, LMS).
- Provide feedback to internal clients on performance gaps closed.

**Utilize meetings effectively**:

- Attend and utilize operational and training meetings effectively to generate needs and give feedback. If unable, utilize a suitable alternative platform.

**Comply with all requirements**:

- Ensure that training and recordkeeping standards are maintained and comply with current legislative, Tsebo guidelines and ISO 9001 requirements.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Must have reliable own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
- Must be able to travel.
- Ability to communicate in more than one language will be an advantage.
- 5 Years operational experience in cleaning.
- Computer Skills (MS Office).
- Attention to detail.
- Elicit information.
- Designing and Developing skills.
- Good Verbal and Nonverbal Communication skills.
- Planning & scheduling
- Organising of resources for training and assessments.
- Facilitation skills - Influence and Inspire.
- Cleaning skills
- Basic and Specialized (Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Logistics, Hospitality, and other relevant segments).
- Operating the equipment used in training.
- Administrative skills, Excel, Word.
- Understanding of SharePoint, Teams Vision Skills portion, E-learning Platform.
- Report writing (Basic).

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12
- Trainer qualification / Diploma
- Assessor Qualification & registration at Services Seta against NQF 1 H&C (advantage)
- Moderator Qualification & registration at Services Seta against NQF 1 H&C (advantage)
