Draughtsman/woman

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed technical drawings, schematics, and plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar CAD software, based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or designers.
- Interpret and understand blueprints, sketches, and 3D models to create comprehensive 2D and 3D drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects and other team members to ensure design accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Review and verify designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Revise drawings and designs based on feedback, changes in specifications, or project evolution.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and filing all drawings and design documents.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software advancements, drafting techniques, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and other technical documentation as required.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Experience
- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Draughtsman

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong understanding of drafting principles, standards, and conventions.
- Excellent technical drawing and visualization skills.
- Ability to read and and interpret complex technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
- Solid understanding of mathematical concepts and engineering principles relevant to drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
