The role is part of a dynamic finance team in a fast-growing business with excellent opportunities for career growth.

**Main Function of the Role**
- **Sourcing, compiling and analysing data to support operating metrics**: Work with multiple teams from operations to source data relevant to Teraco’s operations across multiple data centre facilities. Work with the data to organise, analyse and present information for management decision making and financial reporting as part of a listed global group of companies.
- **Develop Reporting Templates**: Develop reporting templates to automate ongoing routine reporting requirements.
- **Management Reporting**: Analyse company financial and operating performance across its various data centre facilities on an ongoing basis. Perform analytical reviews of key metrics and underlying data. Investigate anomalies, solve problems and report findings. Report key financial and operating metrics on a monthly basis. Reporting will ultimately roll-up into publicly reported results of the parent group.
- **Develop Forecasts and Models**: Develop management information that will allow Teraco to forecast and track key operating and financial metrics. This will include using a variety of statistical modelling methods to prepare reports that show the potential impact of economic and operational variables and assumptions on key metrics.
- **Monitor Financial Performance**: Analyse real-time financial data and escalate any issues to management.
- **Present Findings to Key Decision-Makers**: Present analysis and reporting deliverables to management monthly in a timely manner.

- Strong proficiency with Excel (i.e. formulas, if statements, pivot tables, formatting)

- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem solver with an ability perform rapid and accurate assessments
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with senior level individuals within and outside Teraco
- Ability to work independently & a positive team player
- Strong action planning, and prioritization skills
- Self-motivated
- Conducts him/herself professionally, exhibits high levels of tolerance and patience
- Advanced presentation skills

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Suitable level qualifications in Maths and/or Statistics / Business Science and or Commerce
- Commercial understanding is essential
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
