The Concierge/Porter is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests. This role includes assisting with luggage, providing directions and information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensuring guests’ needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The Concierge/Porter also supports front office operations, maintains cleanliness in lobby and entrance areas, and delivers exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
A valid driver’s license is required, as the Concierge/Porter will transport guests and their luggage around the property using golf carts in a safe and professional manner.

Pay: R6 100,00 - R8 100,00 per month
