Warehouse Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to achieve efficient operations
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize storage space
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and use best routes possible
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates
- Communicate and answer dispatching and receiving questions and troubleshoot problems
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

**Requirements**:

- 5-10+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or management
- Product knowledge: Hardware and building industry (structural timber / Roofing sheets)
- Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in inventory management and Microsoft Office

Pay: R10 000,00 - R13 000,00 per month
