Factory Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

We are looking for a Factory Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor in the Edenvale area in Johannesburg for a Multinational FMCG company.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- SAP Experience
- 2+ years warehouse and logics experience
- FMCG experience (Essential)

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Performance Areas**
- Dispatch Of FG from Factory to External Warehouse
- Control of RM/PM Receiving and Dispatches from Factory
- RM/PM movements to 3P.
- periodic cycle count / monthly physical verification and reconciliation
- GMP/ safety of warehouse
- Vehicle fleet control and Planning

**Duties**:
**FG RM/PM Dispatch From Factory**
- PO for Intercompany FGs as per Dispatch Plan
- To make delivery note, OBD documents as per Physical stock ready for dispatch.
- Getting stock Invoiced as per OBD documents
- Dispatch of RM/PM to 3Ps as per Monthly Production Plan

**Demand planning and inventory**
- Collection of data
- Preparation of SNOP file
- SLOB analysis

**RM /PM Receipt**
- To Ensure GMP/Safety Best Practices Implementation in Warehouse
- To Ensure stock controls in All warehouses

**Weekly Monthly / Quarterly cycle count and stock reconciliation**
- to prepare a perpetual stock count list for weekly cycle count and carry out as per schedule
- ideally there should not be diff at warehouse level but in case there are difference then it needs to be investigated and justified
- complete the count reconciliation after approval as per DOA
- follow the same process for monthly / quarterly physical verification
- Prepare file note and circulate for approval
- Implement corrective measures

**Expired Stock Management**
- to generate expired items list and share to quality team for further action
- to get action plan on above for further action and execute

**Fleet Management**
- Daily Fleet management as per RM/PM/FG Dispatch plan
- To maintain vehicle checklists and maintain necessary controls on all vehicles
