Professional Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and employees.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist other departments with administrative support as requested.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Drive
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of office equipment such as switchboard telephones, copiers & printing machines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Salary**: From R6 000,00 per month
