**About the Role**

Macmillan Education '“ South Africa is seeking a skilled Production Controller to join our Regional Publishing Services team, based in Midrand. As a Production Controller, you will coordinate and manage the production processes of educational materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Coordinating schedules and production processes
- Managing budgets and costs
- Managing relationships with suppliersÂ
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Record keeping and reporting
- Performing quality control and ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Experience, Skills & Qualifications**
- Printing or Production qualification (print and digital)
- Undergraduate degree in publishing studies or other relevant field (advantageous)Â
- Project management qualification/training (advantageous)
- At least 2 years' experience in a production or publishing environment, preferably in educational publishing
- Knowledge of production processes for educational materials, including print and digital products
- Proven project management experience, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strategic-thinking skills
- Able to work effectively in a hybrid, deadline-driven environmentÂ
