**Key Responsibilities**:

- Packhouse Management
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and export standards.
- Monitor KPIs & implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with business growth.
- Collaborate with Exec team to forecast, plan, and scale capacity.
- Drive Efficiencies
- Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimise Processes to refine packhouse performance & product handling.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Business Development with Growers
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team across multiple shifts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Packhouse, Agri-processing operations at a senior level.
- Business & Financial Acumen
- Strong People management skills in high-pressure environments.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on operational expertise.
- Problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Advanced Excel
- Proficiency in Afrikaans is a must
