Logistics Coordinator

**Our client, a Telecommunications Service provider specializing in payment technology is looking for Logistics Coordinators to join their dynamic team for a 12-month contract.**

**Job Descriptions**:
The primary responsibility (although not limited to) of the Logistics Coordinator is the picking and prepping of stock, and this includes hands-on management of all stock and warehouse related activities.

**Job Requirements**
- Responsible for receipting, movement, distribution, storage and tracking of stock items which are utilized to service and support customers.
- Configure and set up devices according to the client specific requirement or solution.
- Conduct minor repairs on devices (e.g., Soldering of broken buttons).
- Clean and repair devices and accessories returned from the customer.
- Participate in monthly stock counts.
- Provide accurate reporting to supervisor.
- Meet the weekly targets set up by the production supervisor.
- Plan, manage and schedule repairs and maintenance to specific equipment to ensure continuous production.
- Ensure that products are strategically located in the tracking system to maximize picking and replenishment efficiency.
- A well-organized team player with the ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively.
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Competitive and proactive attitude
- Fluency in English

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree ( Logistics or related)
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Extremely well spoken and good command of the English language
- You must reside in Johannesburg
- Criminal and credit clear

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R9,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
