**purpose**:

- To lead the Marketing consulting capability and define the overall marketing strategy by providing strategic consulting services to executive business and marketing leadership across multiple-franchise or segments, assessing business requirements, recommending approaches, proposing marketing solutions, advising and providing recommendations in the development of marketing programmes to ensure alignment with the overall business strategic direction, and consolidating marketing plans/strategies across multiple-franchise or segment**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - Relevant Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Leadership, Finance, Business Science or any other related field
- Preferred Qualification - Additional post graduate qualification in behavioural economics, consumer behaviour, Marketing, information management (platform technologies)
- Experience - 12+ year relevant experience in a matrix environment, of which 5 to 7 years ideally at senior specialist and / or executive level
- Additional Knowledge - Knowledge of developingbusiness impacting marketing strategies (brand value, brand love, bottom line )that heavily leverage digital channels, platforms and technologies infacilitating effective brand marketing programs and messages, preferablyworking in the position of Head of Strategy or Senior Member in a ConsultingFirm

- In depth knowledge of the Business landscape, product andservice offerings
- Vast knowledge of the business’s risk parameters todetermine implications for the business and implement measures for riskmitigation
- Proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business onthe market through trend forecasting, experiential marketing, and innovation
- Excellent business acumen and solid financial grounding aswell a proven and successful track record of developing and driving growthinitiatives and identifying business opportunities in to develop strategiesthat capitalize on those opportunities
- Advanced ability to draw reports and deliver presentationsto senior leadership, executives, and regular stakeholders to facilitateappropriate strategy decision-making across the business
- Strong financial analysis and modelling skillsto perform financial analyses for the purpose of assisting in the explorationof strategic options, the development of creative solutions to complex issues,and for the support of decision-making
